The Digital Workplace centre is IRIUM's own centre from where we provide all our Workplace services in shared mode.
Organised by competencies so that we can provide the best quality service, allocating the necessary resources for each type of service.
Composed of a team of specialists in each area with flexibility, commitment and customer orientation as maxims in their daily work.
Our services are managed by a group of Service Managers, are based on best practice and are in accordance with ITIL standards.
With a control system for the client's operational management centre with which we optimise services thanks to the contextualisation of each one of them.
The Digital Workplace Center has a contingency plan to provide continuity of service.
